Account & Booking Information
When you sign in with Google to book an appointment, we receive your
name and email address from Google. When you complete a booking, we
collect your phone number, vehicle model year, vehicle type, and
optionally your VIN.

Payment Information
Payments are processed through WooCommerce and WooPayments. We do not
directly store your full payment card details — that information is
handled by our payment processor in accordance with its own security
standards and privacy practices.

Appointment Data
We store your appointment date/time, vehicle information, and contact
details in Google Firestore in order to schedule, manage, and confirm
your smog check appointment, and to create the corresponding
our Google Calendar.

SMS Consent & Communications
If you opt in during booking, we collect your consent and a
of that consent in order to send appointment confirmation and reminder

Cookies & Analytics
We use Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager to unde
visitors use our site, and Google Ads to measure the performance of our
advertising. These tools use cookies and similar technologie
display a cookie consent banner on your first visit; analytics and
advertising cookies are only set if you accept them, in acco
Google’s Consent Mode framework. You can change your preference at any
time by clearing your browser’s cookies for this site, which
the banner again on your next visit.

Chat Widget (“Smoggy”)
Our site includes an optional chat assistant. If you use it,
messages are sent to a chat service that processes them in order to
respond to you. Chat messages are not linked to your booking
account information.

Process payment for services
Send appointment confirmations and reminders (if you’ve consented to SMS)
